Body Wash: Wet body, apply to hands or body buffer, lather focusing on sweat-prone areas, rinse thoroughly. Shampoo: Massage into wet scalp for 2-3 minutes, let sit 3-5 minutes, rinse completely. Conditioner: Apply mid-length to ends (and scalp if needed), leave 2-3 minutes, rinse with cool water. Use daily for best results
